As a Tenant we want to make it easy for you to keep track of all your rental property information.  That’s why we provide you with access to our state-of-the-art technology that allows you to view all property and lease information in one screen or click through to see more detail.   We want to make it easy for our tenants to report maintenance, access detailed information about your property or contact your Property Manager whenever you choose.

Log and monitor maintenance

Tenants can quickly log maintenance by clicking the New Maintenance button and entering in all the required details. They can also monitor the status of maintenance in Tenant Access.

Message dedicated property manager

Tenants can message their Property Manager directly from Tenant Access.

To log into your portal, head to and click Real Estate Services, then Tenant Login.
