Scott is a licensed real estate agent who commenced his career with King & Heath in 1998 having previously worked as a baker for 9 years.  After 18 years in the Paynesville branch he moved to the King & Heath office in Bairnsdale in early 2016 for a new challenge which he thrived on.  In 2018 he returned to the Paynesville office, taking over as Branch Manager, working with a highly professional and successful team of salespeople, property managers and support staff.

An enthusiastic salesperson with a refreshing and contemporary approach to his vocation, Scott has a genuine passion for real estate. His competitive approach to securing the best possible outcome for every client and firm belief in consistently delivering quality service are reflected in his intimate and in-depth understanding of the local property market. He is continually inspired by the variety of property in the Gippsland Lakes district:  from traditional building styles to ultra-modern waterfront properties and extensive land subdivisions.

With over two decades of industry experience and an impressive track record, Scott now consistently averages over 90 real estate sales annually, placing him amongst the best performing estate agents in the region.  An award-winning salesperson Scott is committed to genuinely listening to a client’s needs, applying thorough follow up and using courtesy and careful consideration when providing advice to clients.

The directors and sales teams from our 5 offices across East Gippsland attend early morning in-house training sessions on a regular basis and Scott plays a major role in these sessions.  His ability to deliver relevant and highly motivating training is held in very high regard.

Scott has lived, studied and worked in the East Gippsland area since 1986.  When not occupied as manager of the Paynesville office and company training sessions, his life revolves around his three daughters and wife Belinda.  Scott takes great pride in his beloved veggie garden, getting away on the occasional fishing trip and camping with his family.  He says that, unfortunately, his days of playing football and cricket for the local teams are over.
